Basically, if your PC can run Windows 8.1, you’re good to go. If you’re not sure, don’t worry—Windows will check your system to make sure it can install the preview.

If you are using Google Chrome, there is a “mobile device emulation” feature in Chrome Developer Tools. These tools are found under the Chrome menu View > Developer > Developer Tools. Visit the Device Mode documentation to learn about the emulation feature.

How to install PhoneGap

To Install, ensure that you have NodeJS installed, then open your command-line and run the following:

C:\> npm install -g phonegap

Once installation completes, you can invoke phonegap on command line for further help.

$ phonegap create my-app
$ cd my-app
$ phonegap run android

  2. Say “Ok Google” or touch the microphone icon .

Tip: If you have “Ok Google” from any screen turned on, you can also say “Ok Google” to start a voice search even when you don’t have the Google app open.
